There are other high quality scoots out there so I wont bother reading biased website articles.
I wont be buying any of those brands. When will someone post some new stuff that people are buying in higher quantities?

It would be tough. My Znen is a large scoot BUT my seat is high and the grips low forcing me to lean forward when the smaller one i had was positioned the opposite but a bit more comfy.

Oh no! Its already winter and you waited too long lol!
WIll it start with the throttle opened up some?
Drain the gas out of the tank and carb at least. Shouldnt be any worse off.
Try moving it into the house overnight see if that helps. Might be a loose connection somewhere that id effected by the temp change, contraction etc.
