Have you done a valve lash check/adjustment. If not you will not get a stable a/f adjustment.

I have seen the wires on the ignition switch burn together. unplugging the ignition switch will isolate it.

The spline final drive shafts might be a different size too.

Sorry, yes, all stock. I am getting the 115 jet, I believe I should have a 109 currently, but What do I know? I have seen them come stock 102.105, 108 115 if your running a pod and opened muffler. (this is where I look for Alley) John

an old friend of mine same thing below the knee. 93 degrees is hot. Was is cranking normally? Did it have the sound like a cordless drill?
