Congrads on your very cheap great deal scooter luke. I think the cluches are inside that first piece more near the engine. Wow this scooter has a chain that's pretty cool. Good luck luke and great find for 28 dollars that's a great deal you got. Seams to good to be true glad your looking it over.

I know with mine sometimes when they sit for more than a day or two can be harder to start. I would check your spark plug and make sure it has gas on it and go from there mabey put plug on case and also check for spark to.

Other than that not really sure why they have a oil screen. You must put a lot of miles on your scooter a week.

Two wheeler I think they put that screen on so when you drain the oil you can see if there is a major metal issue with your engine that's it. It would also catch like rv sealant if you put to much on when putting the engine together.

Is that a generator your working on. At the end of the video it looks like two wheels are on it. I am not sure why it is running like that. Mabey the float bowl is sticking is it leaking gas. It's seems to me it is running to rich to much air but you have messed with the screw for the idle.

Exaust also on the bottom of your engine case there should be a number this should help you with the research of getting the right part.

Oh disk brakes not drum yeah make sure the piston is pushed all the way in and clean with brake fluild put a little antiseize on the top of the pads where the screws are that hold it in and you should be ready to roll unless your line is brocken and leaking fluid and taking in air.

I ordered the parts from scrappy dog scooter today thanks bashan and lantern scooter. I called jim he has his sight pop up every once in a while but he didn't have the parts.
Oh no about the clutch can you take it of with a ratchet wrench if you don't have a torch wrench that is air powered. That's why I was thinking you might be able to use an oil filter wrench thanks again.

Thanks for the video alley it helped answer a question I had earlier in the year. If a scooter is running well you probly shouldn't mess with doing this right?
