Ok with meter set at 200 ohms black grounded to engine and red to the red/black wire my meter reads -03.5. Stator plug wires same way black to motor red to white wire no reading yellow same green reads -02.5. If I stick one probe in the yellow and one in the white wire at stator plug I get -02.5 also. If I put one probe in the green and probe the other wires I get no reading on meter. I hope I'm doing this right. I hate electrical. But with y'all's help I'm determined to get this. And then I'll order my 11 pole conversion for it.

Can you post a picture of your meter so I can see what could be wrong . John Tell me how to post a picture and I'll be more than happy to post pics of whatever we need to figure this out. I've fought this bike for weeks now before hitting the forum.

Are you setting the meter to VAC? How about the Flywheel any problems with that because that has the magnets. Alleyoop Just put a brand new flywheel on it after buying 3 stators and a new regulator. Flywheel does whatever it needs to do for the ignition spark or whatever. But no voltage coming out going to regulator to be regulated and charge my battery. And yes I'm on VAC

Yes something is going on here and I'm lost. Just don't see how I can get spark and all that but absolutely nothing directly at the plug as far as voltage. Replaced 3 stators the last included a new magneto. Brand new r/r.

Ok so if I'm reading this right. Ground the blck lead on my meter and probe the yellow and white wires right at the stator female plug?? If so I get nothing on the white and yellow. Red/black 2.1 blue/white 1.6.

Ok ran to house while on a parts run. Now with all wiring from stator hooked up and disconnecting plug at r/r I get nothing on the white or yellow and battery reading on red. Hooked back up to r/r I probed the wires white was 1.17 yellow was 0.51 and red was battery voltage. Red/black wire has 54.4 volts on it while running. Don't know about continuity. Could you explain please?

No I have not disconnected the white and yellow directly from the r/r. I've just been testing directly at the stator plug. I have the two bullet connectors connected. That's all. Figured I would get voltage on the white and yellow right there instead of thru the harness at the r/r. Continuity you'll have to explain that one. I'm not the electrical genius. I'll be back with the bike in a few hours so I'll test it that way when I get back and post some results. Bike cranks and runs fine. So I have power to my cdi and trigger wire. Right?

Well I'm new here so thanks in advance For any and all info that you share with me. I have or was given a Lifan 150t-7 150cc gy6 motor 1P57QMJ. I've rode it many of miles. But here lately I've been able to ride then get somewhere and the scooter won't start. Battery being too low to turn it over. Kept on a 2amp battery tender here at home. Now I have a 8 pole stator which I've had to change several times in the past. Well I thought my stator was going bad so I put a new one on. Nothing. Order another one. Same thing. Nothing. But a new R/R. Same thing nothing. And yet another stator and flywheel. Same thing nothing. Bike runs and cranks fine here at the house cause of charger. But disconnecting the stator main plug. One plug 3 wires white, green and a yellow. Green is ground and the yellow and white should feed the r/r the regulate power for headlights and various things one scooter. Red wire of stator should be my battery charging of I remember right. I'm not the best with electronics but not a complete dummy either. I thought at least. So that's all good and well I know colors and what not. But I get absolutely no power from the yellow or white wires coming straight from stator. None 0 noda. There isn't anything else I know to do. Please help???
