I simply am amazed, this scooter has always been simply the most reliable thing I have ever owned, never has it not started immediately, I even once ran it for 2 months without a battery simply because kick starting was so easy that it was more effort to buy a new battery than to just kick it off and go..

My dear scooter had many scars though so I decided to give her a new paint job. I removed all the panels and washed the engine and frame real well then started it up and rode it up and down the stree because 
A: I wanted to make sure water didn't go anywhere it shouldn't have
B: I wanted to look like a weirdo riding a bare frame and engine standing up!!

After painting the parts as well as the frame and exhaust the scooter will no longer start I actually killed the battery trying to figure out the issue.

I have Spark to and through spark plug

I have fuel I blew out all the fuel lines

I have air I disassembled and removed the air assembly

I removed the auto choke and made sure it was clean then shoved my thumb in there and gave it a couple spins.

but still nothing im at tears I simply do not understand, I though maybe I painted something that I shouldn't have but I have looked very close and there's no paint anywhere thats not a solid external surface although a little blew into the flywheel and I sanded it down and made sure i had good contact there still( I do have spark


Please help
