Hello I am going to put a new performance exhaust on and not sure what to do with this hose that attached to the old muffler the performance exhaust does not have a provision for this see arrow...thanks

You do not put that on that is an EGR emssions valve, it routes any unburned fumes back into the intake usually you will find a hose going to the AIR BOX the Air tubing goin to the carb.
Just make sure you plug up the VACUUM line at its ORIGIN as well as were it attachs on the AIR BOX or AIR TUBING.
That goes in the GARBAGE

thank you for the quick reply, I figured I didn't need it that picture was of my old exhaust btw, I had a guy tell me I didn't need it but he said make sure I didn't plug the vent that goes to the top of the cylinder, and I was making sure that was not that one. guess I will see that when I pull it apart. is there a posting on here for the 250 cf clones of what all emissions stuff I can pull off this thing?? thanks

thanks Guys I truly appreciate the quick reply's hopefully it will still be nice this weekend and I can start removing some of this emissions crap along with adding my new exhaust, I am also going to check my main jet, I have purchased a few jets and hopefully with the new exhaust and air cleaner my scoot should be running much better, well it runs good now but I am never satisfied with good enough....thanks again..

Great, those emissions cause nothing but problems any leaks there and it will run like crap and or will be hard to start.
