NICE!!! good luck i'm sure everything will be fine but JR'S sage advice is wise,,,when it does arrive just make sure it's in good shape and all will be well,,,Dr Rocco went thru his with a fine tooth comb,,,his came out great

Thanks Guitarman that link is great! And that would be fine with me Bashan . So it arrived yesterday in the late afternoon. I had about 20 min to look it over before signing off on it. It looked to be in great shape with no visible damage. Had to let it sit until I was off work at 10PM and then I uncrated it and went to bed. Most online places I was reading do their own PDI. Any chance killer did this before crating it? That would explain the 1.5mi ODO reading???  |

Hope you like it regardless and get to put some miles on it. I want to know how much of a difrence of power it is from your cursed 150? Hope this one works out for you with normal problems brakes,oil changes, diff changes and tires and plugs.

I wouldn't worry about a mile and a half. Some factories actually do road test them, disassemble bits for shipping and send them off. How do you think the gunk gets in the carburetor in some? The Chinese still use leaded gas and it dries to a varnish in the carb and tank. Even a $25,000 Gold Wing has some miles on the speedo when an owner picks it up for the first time.

They have to get them off of the line, at the very least they crank them and ride them to the shipping deparment. I don't think I've ever got a new vehicle that didn't have at least one or two miles on it. I know BMW starts every bike they make and does a dyno on it to make sure its working right. I would think most of the other factories do something similar.
