Whenever I give it some throttle, it makes a squeaking sound while I'm riding and it's coming from under the seat but toward the back area like it could be coming from the casing on the side or the wheel I don't know what it is, is this a common problem and does anyone know a remedy?
This bike only has 250 miles on it and is a chinese Dong Fang scooter I bought from powersportsmax dot com
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

If that's the only problem you have, then you in good shape Braddah! LOL The plastics have a tendency to do that. Trial and error to figure out which one.
Also, check all your nuts and bolts. Make sure your muffler isn't falling off.

GM! The guy is concerned and you're just...PWAH HA HA HA!! OK Epoch we're goofing on you a little and since GM won't get serious, I'll help. It's a mouse...PWAH HA! I'm kidding!! OK, does it do it when the bike is on the center stand idling? If so would it stop if you took it off of the center stand? If it was off the center stand and you were on it, could you make it do it by bouncing up and down on the seat? Will it do it under throttle or with throttle off? Give us some parameters as to when it appears and disappears. Have you tried putting some cheese under the seat?...I'M SORRY! It's GM's fault...he's a musician (you know what they're like! ). Sorry Epoch, the forum is on silly mode today, just give us a little more what makes it do it and what makes it stop and we'll figure it out. In the meantime, it's nothing to get too concerned about, they do make noises, and they are 1/4 the price of a Honda, so now you can laugh with ME! PWAH HA HA!! Rich

In all seriousness, check your bolts and such to make sure your muffler isn't falling off. Happened to me. Freakiest thing. I'm sitting at a light and a Scooter Cop pulls up and says to me to go back and get my muffler. I went "WHA!?" I was riding next to a big truck so I never heard it come off.

I have the same scooter and my rear caliper makes a weird dragging noise. I only noticed it while rolling the bike when it's not running. Check that out. It's most likely the plastics though.

I had same prob, but not with that scooter. My stand was rubbing against a muffler bracket, all I did was wrap some duck tape around the part of end of the stand where it touched the bracket, no more squeak! odds of that being your prob are slim, but what the heck doesnt cost anything to check it out
