If i where to increase the cc engine, what would i need, how would i do it and how long might it take?

You need a Big Bore Kit (BBK). Look at the moving tiles at the top of the page and go to the Buggy Parts NW. They will have what you need.
Also, in the future, you need to give more info.
which scoot do you have?
Which engine?
The more info you give us, the easier it is to answer your question.

 Hi, if i was you, i would stay away from those 100cc BBK. The piston is too heavy for the crank and you'll be Lucky to do 1000 miles. Stick with 80cc BBK. |

If your looking for a great running motor, go to Scooters To Go. They have an awesome 87cc Stroker motor with a HD Stroker crank, 82cc piston, ported grasses A9 can for around $400. Im running one now with a 49/16 gear, 26mm HOKA carb and at WOT orris out at 63MPH and half throttle at 45MPH. It's saved me a butt load going this route.

Put up a LINK of this already built up MOTOR on Scooters To Go for $400.00 bucks. I went to their website and it appears it is a new outfit and most of the things on there do not work at all.
