It rained last night, and I didn't cover my scooter. This morning I get up to go to work and the tail light isn't working. Bulb is fine, it's just not getting any juice. All I can figure is that a connection somewhere got wet. Electrical is NOT my thing...I'm hoping that once it dries out, things will be back in working order, but it sure is frustrating!! ~jb

Most scooters have plugs on the ends of the wiring harness and one will go to a set of wires going to the tail light/brake light socket. It would be helpful to state which scooter you have. Another weak point is the green wire to ground. You may have to get out a test light or a multimeter to chase your missing electrons if it is not a loose plug.

Did it start? If so it should be OK. If it doesn't come back on the tail light isn't that hard to track down. The brown wire goes to it and it's easy to trace. Quit crying....we'll fix it. Rich
