My scooter runs well most if the time, but if I crank the gas a bit too much it feels like its holding back. Almost stalled a few times. Any ideas?

So if you open the throttle it bogs and almost dies, is that what it does? So you have to open the throttle slow and cannot open it up fast? Need to know detail info to be able to tell you what to do or what the problem is. But from what I get is you just need to adjust the carbs Fuel Ratio Mixture.
