Help I have tried to flush my oil many times and I seem to almost have all of it out and I have gone through 2 BBK'S and I don't wanna waste anymore money and time. Besides a magnetic oil drain plug what else would help? I have a taotao cy50-b (venus 50) currently with a 80cc bbk. I have a blow by issue currently and I am solving the issue with motor honey. Smokes like crazy untill the silly thing heats up then it is good.

New rings should fix that. As long as the inside of the head isn't all scared up.
It sounds like a massive job, but really, you should be able to get it done in a day, two if you take your sweet time about it. you just have to take lots of pix and follow the manual closely.

That is bad news. Unless you get all of the metal shards out your efforts will be wasted. So, you really need to take the engine apart and be sure to get all the shards out of the engine. And, throwing on some new rings on the piston is a good idea too.

You need to split the case and clean out all the pieces from all the passages .

The engine must be disassembled and cleaned very well ,,bearings all checked and or replaced and the cylinder wall needs to be inspected and honed at the minimum,,,so it's back to square one basically

More important is how did you get blowby? A better history is in order. You also have the option of a brand new engine and start over. Doing the same thing and expecting better results is insanity. Are you running a proper air cleaner?

The rocker arms and the adjustment bolts didn't reach unless fully extended on the intake valve I just fliped the bolt to the bottom of the adjustment bolt and that worked great the exaust valve was a lot harder to repeat the process like on the intake valve. The bolt would grab barely drove it for a wile and the bolt poped off on a long ride and messed up the valve clearence. I purchased a new bolt and set the valves. Worked about a week untill the blow by issue made the rings melt on the piston and wouldn't allow any power but you could start it but would die when you tried to give it WOT. Eventuly got it to the house and pulled it apart. Thats how I knew that the rings melted on the piston. Got the bbk I have installed currently that has blow by issues. I have changed the oil 5 or more times. Each time running lots of extra oil throughout the system. It has like no more shiny disbree in the oil. But I have to use motor honey to solve the smoking issue but it looks horible untill it is warmed up.

Is there a product that could assist flush the engine

And I got the blow by by the left over pieces of the half that didn't come out when I tried to flush it when I changed the bbk

Half of the bolt was hole and the other was in many tiny pieces

And I donot have an impact gun to assist in tearing the crankcase appart or a shop to do this in

I grew up in a body shop and pretty good at mechanical stuff I am a big diy kinda person

Hopefully that is a good enough recalling of the history of my problem

Some thing to consider and possibley look at and check out:
1. did you put the rings in right and the oil ring especially.
2. Did you space them out around the piston.
3. The valve cover vent hose make sure that is not kinked and or plugged up.

Sure would like to see what bolt and how you have the rocker arm setup.

When I get the next bbk I will be able to picture document everything step by step

Clocked the rings correctly
And had them with the side indicated (a) on top for all (b) on bottom as indicated in the spec sheet

The vent hose came with a needle valve with a screw adjustment removed to oppen vent fully

I am sure all of my problems were caused from losing the bolt off the rocker arm adjustment for the exaust valve
