 Alright guys....Started modding already. Couldn't resist, but I am still breaking it in properly. So this exhaust system sounds amazing and bike feels way more responsive. I will be changing the CDI, Coil, and plug along with an intake and jet to make sure she's not leaning out on me. Just work a ton. Plus you know I had to cut and trim different areas to make the exhaust fit correctly and look right....Ate up some time. I think it looks pretty decent too! Yea it sounds like a four stroke quad in person. Way better than stock if exhaust is your thing.

Checked all nuts and bolts...Pretty ease with hardly any plastics. I need to check and silicon all the wires and connectors. I was waiting to do that until I install my led light bar for a headlight, and my r6 tail light.

That was written by "Big Guy".... one of our own.

Maybe it should be corrected to read JIS screw drivers instead of Phillips. That could save the uninformed or less mechanically inclined from making a frustrating and costly mistake.
Other wise some excellent advice that I plan on using when the time comes.

Yes we do pineapple brain, if you look under "manuals, wiring diagrams, help files, and PDIs" in the Library you'll see "PDIs". There you will see the POS I created back in 2010 when I didn't know squat about squatola. Apparently I had also discovered triple latte's at Starbucks. Anyway, there's several other PDIs in the section cryptically titled "PDIs" that you can piece some info out of. The Big Guy's PDI is also in there. He was one of the first moderators on Scooter Doc and was a huge influence on me along with JR, Alley, and Rapid Jim. I'm not sure what happened to TBG but I still think of him at times. Yep. Saw them when I went looking thru the lib but I didn't open any of them up to see what they had in them.

There's some decent PDIs, like you say Big Guy's is OK. We do need a comprehensive PDI for the scooter community. It's kind of tough now with the wider variety of scooters out there to have something all inclusive. TBG's dates back to when scooters were pretty much all the same and had the same issues. It's more complex now.
