I have a set of bicycle front and rear panniers. They are held on by hooks on top and a bungie hooks the bottom. Has anyone tried to use these on a scooter? I have Icebear PST150-19 coming from Rapid Repair. Grandpa has a hotrod. What are your thoughts?
