There is a gearbox on this jmstar 250 SSR? THought it was belt drive? Confused

while it has a gear box it still has a cvt tranmission with belt

What weight engine oil and gear oil? I have been using Pennzoil 10W-40. Others might join with their personal choice also. |

Mines a 150cc so, I'm not sure if you use a different mix but, I use 10-40w and a 80-90 gear oil. I don't have much road time yet but, that's what I put in there  |

As long as you have oil in there I think we are safe. The majesty I just got rid of required the same oil as the engine.

I just looked in my garage and I have 80W-85W transmission oil sitting on my shelf. Must be what I used.
