Scooter hasn't been starting, I have spark but I think it may look weak, Normally when I hold the spark plug in my hand and crank the motor I get a nice jolt, but when I do it now I don't feel a thing, is this possibly a way of telling the stator or cdi bad? The stator is 13 years old and has 1k miles it was in storage, I just replaced the motor and carb and have great compression and fuel flow.
