I think I posted this in wrong place. Hope this is right.

Putting together my new just out of the box Vitacci Ryker 150 trike scooter. Trying to put on rear brakes but they are frozen. Can't even get the plastic spacer pad they come with out. The hand gear won't move. Any ideas what to do?

I fixed it!!  I hate it when it goes this way.  It's fixed but I don't know why. I opened up the master cylinder bled only one caliper of about 2 drops, did see a flake in the master that may have been plugging a hole but who the hell knows. Don't feel like an accomplished mechanic just a goof that loves this stuff but has no clue what I'm doing.
