I'm hoping to fix it with either a new ECT or bypass the whole system and get spark back around their system.

I was thinking the same thing. A spark is a spark. Rewire with a new ignition system from a Chinese scoot?

Is that possible? Would have to bypass the ECU but I do have an extra chinese system in inventory. HHHHMMMMM?!?!?!

Is that honestly an 18 coil stator for a 50cc!? Good grief! Let me go look some more...I'll be back. Rich
If you're kinda good with welding we might be able to do this. We would need to gut the old ignition system, just lose it. Then get a flywheel and stator on there from a Chinese scoot. That might take tacking some attachment points onto the case or drilling them and tapping them. What would be nice is if the Honda crank and the Chinese cranks matched up for the flywheel size. Then we could get a flywheel and trigger in the right orientation. Everything else we swap out, the CDI, coil, etc., lose the Honda stuff! I could wire that in a heartbeat, you could too I'm sure. Another thing we could look into is Trail Techs conversions for Hondas. They have stator R/R combos that are just killer. I used one of their R/R's in a AC to DC system conversion. I floated the ground on an AC stator and it worked. Whew! Rich
Jack and Alley could help with this, they're both good at welding, fabrication, and wiring. Rich

That's a whole lot of work it seems. I will see if the guy wants to go with new ECT first and maybe new stator/IPG system Hate to spend that kind of money, but it maybe the only way to go. Thanks for all of the help.

Ok, So I put in another stator and pulse generator. Still no spark. Does anyone have any other idea other then maybe the ECT? Getting frustrated.

Nope, I'm just spit balling because I've never touched one. But based on your history I'd say try that next. I really didn't think swapping out ignitions on that would be practical but it seemed like a fun project, especially if you had to do all the headache work.
