KZ, y'know, it isn't just for Vespas, all scoots welcome. Just sayin'... Yeah, right. You know how at HOG Rallies they have a separate lot for "Real" Harleys and another one for imitations like Sportsters, V-Rods, Sprints and now the Street models? I would probably have to park in Baton Rouge with my Fashion. A Chinese copy of a Honda?? "Oh yes, we have a lot for you down the street."

The event is really open to scooters, and more importantly scooter riders. The one that we went to a couple of years ago had a strong representation of scooters that are not of the "Iconic Nameplate". (Granted, there are more Vespas there than anything else, true.) A HOG rally this is not. Besides, we'll be there, and how much of the Vespa Market do we really support? Not that much, but they love having us there anyway, and they know I'm trying to round up the whole scooter market, not just Vespas and Lammys. I'm not a fan of the separation at all. Matt

Well maybe someday if they move it to someplace that's not half way across the country. For now I'll just go to bike nights where everyone is accepted by everyone. Even the Stella rider was interested in my scooter.

Or maybe it would be like at Sturgis or Daytona where they have a "Honda" bash or drop. Where they take a non-Hog and you get to beat on it for a buck or they drop it from a high place. Lots of fun. At least if it's not yours.
