I am getting gas in my drain tube. The carb was flooding recently and had to be removed and cleaned with special attention to the float valve. It seems fine now. The plug color is a tiny bit on the rich side, but it is not bad. I get no odor of "running rich" from the exhaust.
Next out to pull the cover and see if the sponge was saturated with gas during the recent flooding incident, and that is still may be draining into the tube.
Anyone experience this?

Happens when the carb floods but you should also check the OIL it may have to much gas in it and needs to be changed. Alleyoop

I had that happen with my Pegasus once. I had got into a high dust situation but the bike continued to run OK so I didn't think much about it. Then I noticed some gas in the clear tube and pulled the airbox. The filter was coated with dust and the box smelled like gas. I blew the filter out and it stopped. I figured it was setting up a blowback when I was shutting down or some kind of pressure wave....who knows? Rich
