I simply am amazed, this scooter has always been simply the most reliable thing I have ever owned, never has it not started immediately, I even once ran it for 2 months without a battery simply because kick starting was so easy that it was more effort to buy a new battery than to just kick it off and go..
My dear scooter had many scars though so I decided to give her a new paint job. I removed all the panels and washed the engine and frame real well then started it up and rode it up and down the stree because A: I wanted to make sure water didn't go anywhere it shouldn't have B: I wanted to look like a weirdo riding a bare frame and engine standing up!!
After painting the parts as well as the frame and exhaust the scooter will no longer start I actually killed the battery trying to figure out the issue.
I have Spark to and through spark plug
I have fuel I blew out all the fuel lines
I have air I disassembled and removed the air assembly
I removed the auto choke and made sure it was clean then shoved my thumb in there and gave it a couple spins.
but still nothing im at tears I simply do not understand, I though maybe I painted something that I shouldn't have but I have looked very close and there's no paint anywhere thats not a solid external surface although a little blew into the flywheel and I sanded it down and made sure i had good contact there still( I do have spark
Please help

So are you saying you DO HAVE SPARK or you don't. If you took off some wiring check the ground wire from the motor to the frame without that NO SPARK. Otherwise if you do have Spark then it is a FUEL ISSUE also make sure the KILLSWITCH is in the run position. Alleyoop

Is your kick stand down down if you have spark check the plug see if it is wet that will determin like alley said weather you have gas getting to the engine. I am not sure what you did also check the main fuse near the baterie. Good luck keep us posted and welcome to the crew.

Smells like cheese, oh wait that was breakfast
I double checked just now and the spark plug is wet not dripping or anything but noticeably not dry.
Yes there is spark to the plug and from the plug

How are you checking for spark? Because if the spark plug is wet that indicates it is not firing. Does it FIRE or just cranks and cranks and not even sputter. Alleyoop

I have had spark plugs that seem to fire when grounded against the engine but won't ignite the fuel once installed. Try a different plug.

Alleyoop First with a metal rod into the wire hovering close to the fram and get a good arc then with the plug in the cable and end of plug hovering over the frame and get an arc, although I just checked again and the arc with the plug does in fact seem to be less powerful than the arc I get without the the plug. Should the plug spark without being hovered by the frame I mean shouldn't the plug spark while held in mid air and in the cable? Edit: I mean spark between the core and the arc on the end of the plug without being hovered by the frame. yes it just turns and turns, I am deaf but one benifit to that is I am extremely sensitive to vibrations and sound waves. I am able to feel tat the engine has proper compression and everything seems normal but without and ignition of the fuel no growl or sputter at all, and guys I am serious this scooter and engine has never even needed more that a slight kick and it roars to life. Thanks for your time fellows

I would change the plug just because. If that doesn't do it, come back and we will try something else. You may have accidentally cracked the plug while taking it out the first time and now it doesn't work. It might be broken internally so that you can't see it.

The spark plug still shows a spark between the end of it and the frame, but not like at it's tip without the frame, i was thinking maybe the spark from the wire was traveling through but i wasn't sure if the plug is supposed to spark without additional grounding, if not then lets just pretend it's not the plug what's your next idea?

You have the plug hooked up to the wire. Hold it close to the frame. It should let off a big fat spark. If it doesn't, then it might be bad. Probably a good time to change it anyway.
Then check the plug wire. Use a meter.
Then check the coil.
Work your way backwards to find out what's causing the low or no spark problem.
You might have accidentally painted over a spot that should have been a ground.

Ok I took the spark plug out cleaned it off with goop off and filed/gapped it and the spark is strong then put it back in opened the throttle full out and tried turning it over a few times, then took it out and looked at it, BONE DRY mang dang.
I puled the tubes off yesterday and blew them out including the fuel filter and just now i look up and the fuel filter is still empty even after all my attempts today, there's only about 4 inches between the filter and tank outlet, could it be a clog in the tank perhaps or the line to the filter/ there are 2 tubes coming out the bottom of the tank and 1 out the top two go to the pump and 1 goes to the engine and like 3 others all go to the carb and surrounding from the pump.
Whacky confusing fuel system
Edit: I pulled the tank off and that thing out of the bottom with the internal filter stick thing lol, I can not blow through it at all investigating how to unclog it
