Genuine?

Again I find a need to ask the experts. My younger brother is also interested in getting a scooter and he asked if I knew about the Genuine scooter. It is sold at several local dealers so service and parts should be readily available. All I've been able to find on the internet is that it was started by a couple guys in Chicago that have a scooter parts business but nothing about where and who makes them. They do appear to be like most of the China clones but, they almost imply they're American made in Chicago. I would be interested in the Genuine Rough House 50 model as a starter where as he would like one of there bigger ones. He's had a 250cc Chinese V-twin motorcycle that resembles a Honda Rebel for 5 years so knows the quality that's available. But, how's the quality on these? They do have a two year warranty and the price isn't to far out there so the Rough House 50 is of interest for me. Please be honest. I can take it.

Genuine?

Genuine scooters, except for the Stella, are all made in Taiwan by PGO. They are top notch, Japanese quality and have received races from all their owners. The Stellas are made in India by LML who received a license from Vespa after building P series scooters for them for years.
No matter which Genuine you buy, you can't go wrong. They're not cheap, but they are well built.
