pull the panel by the switch so you can get at the switch,,,,,,cut the three wires ,,,,leave a tail of wire on the back of the switch for later,,,,one wire will be "hot" thats the 12 volt feed for the ignition,,,,one is the ignition and the other goes to the starter button,,,twist them all together and hit the starter button and off you go,,,,don't forget to undo the wires when you get where your going or you'll come out to a dead battery,,,that's the basic "hotwire" job

How about jump the solenoid? Turn the key on, it may take the kill function offline and the scooter will start by jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver. The solenoid can be found by following the big red cable off of the battery till you run into this:
Key on, lay the screwdriver across the two big terminals and it may start. If not find your CDI which will be close to the solenoid and pull the black/white wire out of the two plug. That's the kill wire and it should start with the jump. The problem will be it won't shut off. When you're where you need to go plug the wire back in with the key off and it should stop. Otherwise pull the plug wire. Here's your CDI:

All that it took was opening it up and unpluging the 4 pin connecter plug for the keyswitch, use the kickstart to fire her up and go.Reassembled the covers and to turn her off just slide the kill switch over. slide kill switch back to the start position when ready to kickstart and go the next time. Sooner or later i can order a new key switch and replace
Thanks for the help though. There will be more problems im sure.
