Two Words:
 would I pay that to put tires on. Hell I can almost put a new set or tires on my 93 Chevy for that! 
Like they said videos and I'm with John even at my age I can change out both of my scooter tires which includes taking them off the scooter and putting them back on in less than 5 hours.
Use that saved money to go out and have a good time somewhere.

I do the tires one at a time. Got more time than money too. And before you stuff the beads in check the balance, the better tires don't usually take as much. And the smaller diameter the better chance it won't need any weight.

Looking at my bike, I don't think they will.

What's wrong with the center stand?... Like jct842 said....remove one wheel, then take old tire off, put new tire on wheel, then reinstall on the bike....then repeat above steps with the second wheel.....this isn't that difficult...

No center stand. I'll find me a cheap set of race stands on ebay or something.

Guitar this is all I ran for years ( decades really)and still use them ,,, just now am contemplating a full height platform lift because of the scooters I've been messing with
