I have a Chironex Vincenza 50. I was riding in July when it just died. I've replaced the spark plug, spark plug cable, the CDI and the auto choke. I've checked the red and black wires to the CDI, the spark plug cable and the kill switch for voltage. All check out. At this point I'm at a loss. Could it be the flywheel (magneto)?

The flywheel? Nah, it's just a bunch of magnets embedded in the metal, not much to go wrong. Did you check the voltage on the red/black to the CDI and also the trigger coil voltage? Rich

Take the spare plug you took out and take the boot cap off the one on the plug in the motor Stick the plug in the boot cap and hold the metal part of the plug on the Valve cover and crank it and see if the plug is sparking.
Pictures of the carb area and hoses may help we may spot something disconnected or cracked. Does the electric start work and turns the motor over? Or are you using the kickstart. Alleyoop
