I have a 150cc 4-stroke 2007 Huzhuo Daix Zhenhua. Er whatever.
Ok so for starters, one day it wouldn't start. Took it in & it needed a valve adjustment. .04 & .07 are the specs. The guy reduced my intake, the valve was practically closed. & the exhaust id say was about normal. But it made it work. Also the exhaust was knock off in an accident. So i putted around for a little like that. Then all of a sudden one day, "BAM!" ..put..put.. stop. It took me a while to figure it out, but when I tried to start it i could hear a whirring coming from the side. You know how our mageneto fly wheels are bolted (6 bolts) to the crank. Well all six of those bolts sheared. So needless to say, my timing was slightly off. Any idea how the hell that happened? K so I got it at TDC and bolted that bitch back together with some heavy duty crap & wala, it started up again. Well one day it just decided to stop starting. Starting fluid for cold starts worked for a while. Then that stopped. I tried readjusting my valves, opened intake a little. (Im not sure which way to go with the valves if the exhaust is burning/warping the valve head or whatever, which way does that go with wear and tear?) That didn't work. I believe my automatic choke is a goner. How much is that? Ok also, my swingarm completely broke off my rear axle. The rear nut was gone also when it happened. Could that of caused my initial flywheel/magneto accident? I welded it back on but now there is some play in the rear tire.. Also the nut i have currently doesn't quite go all the way, or it is on all the way and somehow there is something else causing the space that is between the tire hub & crankcase.. ? One other thing, my kick start, sometimes it is stuck at the top, i tap it a few times and with each tap it goes down a little further. Once i reach the bottom and bring it back up, I can get a full kick out of it. Then its stuck again. So, could the swingarm have broke, causing the tire to go diagonal at the bearing/spline, resulting in the gears getting jammed up while i'm moving, further resulting in the shearing of the bolts on the magneto. After all, it is spinning at a ridiculous speed, and if the crankshaft just stopped the forward energy in the flywheel cut the bolts clean off.
I know this is quite the mess, anyone have the time & know-how to help me out here? I just want the damn thing to start. So yeah, let's start.

OK, what is your engine number? Bottom of the case, left front. Should be QMJ157 or something along those lines. Get me that and I will walk you through all of it. The reason I ask for the engine number is that the GY6 flywheel is not bolted to the crank. There is one bolt that holds the flywheel to the crank and a woodfuff key holds the timing orientation.
