We had a thread a while back about the MP3 on CF Moto Fashions. None of them worked. They add a crappy player in so they can advertise it on the websites. Even if you got it to play it would sound terrible. Carry your phone and use it's player into buds or get a helmet with speakers, JMO. My next helmet will have speakers.

i unscrewed the faceplate of the RADIO/MP3 player thing... hoping i could easily install my digital dash voltmeter in its place.. unfortunately.. the face plate is attached to a ribbon wire... with a narrow slot sliced in the dash plastic.. and no way to access it without taking the cowling off... nothing seems easily accessible... the plastic covers for all lights.. none of them have screws.. all are tucked in behind big plastic that must be removed first.. ugh

It's designed to look easy but cause pre-mature baldness in anyone crazy enough to try and work on it. I hated the way they put them together. Once you've opened them up a few times, it does get easier. And you'll find some shortcuts also.
