Yes, that's the rebond stuff that's recommended for seats.  Has just right amount of support.  I used the electric knife also.  Saved a load of mess, avoiding jagged edges and foam bits everywhere.  I used a cheapo I got from Harbor Freight.  Did the job nicely.  I also use the heat gun for stretching around corners, but didn't need it this time.  As you know, you have to be real careful not to melt the fabric.
