I don't know if this has been tried or not. What I'm
Thinking is to put the front forks off an early 70s
125 Yamaha enduro. Just happen to have a complet
Set laying around. The bike I want to put this on 
Is a 2013 Kymco Super 8 150

Don't see why it can't work,,, you just need to work out the stem length and bearings

And make sure they fit inside the tree.
Like the 'borg said, if the length is too long, it won't work because it will change how the bike handles a LOT.
