i have a roketa mc54b250 with linha eng i nstalled a new variator & clutch with 14g weights now

i installed a new variator with 14g & roller weights & a new stock clutch kevlar belt now clutch is grabing @ 1500 rpm & the bike is bucking between 1500 2200 rpm once i pass 2800 rpm the bike smooths out my top end is now 70mph before it was 65 mph the carburetor was loose @ the intake manifold side i tightened it & bike idles @ 1000rpm too low from the time i have the bike which is two years if i let go of the throttle the rpm goes to 0 & the bike shuts off i hear valve noise but i have heard if you mess up the clreance on valves it will never run again this driving me crazy can you guys help me to fix carb & valve adjustment also complete electrical system was changed with all oem parts new battery charging is fine all bulbs changed to leds head light xeon 6k halogen etc many new parts too much into it to let it go i would rather fix it i have alot of patience so bring it on

Check our library on valve adjustment,,, if you look on the side of the carb where the cable comes to you will see the idle set screw,,give it a clockwise turn to get the idle up ,,did you check the inside of your new clutch?,,sounds to me like it may have gotten contaminated with oil or grease somehow,,,

Turn the Idle Speed screw Clockwise and set the idle to around 1800rpm or so AFTER it has been warmed up. Alleyoop
