New Clutch

I just bought a new standard type clutch for my 150cc Znen. The new clutch appears to be compressed compared to my old one. The main spring is compressed much more between the pulley's than the old one I guess is what I'm trying to say. It's definitely a legit clutch. Thanks for the help...

OK, cyborg, thanks for your reply. However, now that I have the old clutch off I can see I have the wrong size clutch compared to the old one. I have a Znen 150-18T with 16 inch wheels so this must make the difference ?..It has had a slight chatter-shudder effect on and off since I got it several years ago, It has become much worse now. I have checked the motor mounts, I put on a DR. Pulley Variator and sliders a couple years ago to eliminate the original variator. So then I figured maybe the clutch is the bad guy, Here is some pictures of the old and new clutches, Quite a difference in size !!. Well, I've read "How to post pictures" but me and my computer are too dense to get it done. I could email them if someone would post the pictures. In the mean time I'll work on posting the pics.. Thanks a lot..

About the only place I can find a 155mm clutch for this 150-18T with 16" wheels is Scooter Parts for Less.. Anyone know anything about them or some other source ??. I think I'll go soak my head

I have the clutch for your scooter without the bell. I did not make the connection til this morning. Your signature has two scooters listed. The clutch will work for the other if it is not 16" wheels. Just for a quick note the intake manifold, variator, clutch, crank are different to.

OK John, That is my mistake for not mentioning the 16" wheel size. Not your fault for sure. Pretty dumb of me to not ask questions first . Thanks for your patience !!
