Attention Experts, Gurus and or Vendors and Experienced ones. I have looked at these Ceramic Cylinders on many vendor site's What I need to know is ( as it looks) is this a Alum. Cyl. with a Ceramic coating on the outside or is does this have a Ceramic Composite Plated Bore over the Alum.? Suzuki used Ceramic Composite Plating for many years on there MX'rs None of what I have looked at lets me know this important detail. (too me any way).
I already have a uninstalled 61mm Alum, Cyl, with a cast in Iron Liner, Nice machining and hone job, Proper piston to cylinder clearance. But!!!! we all know these little buggers run hot and I am not a fan of iron Liners for there Heat retention and Thermal Expansion properties. No Bueno!!! Best thing for iron is on the back yard grill.
