My cousin was the person that wrecked it. I am going to take all of the body panels off and check the wires now

Update... Okay so since I am no electrical guru and couldn't figure out why the taillight and headlight plugs weren't getting power while the scooter was running, I just rigged it up to where the headlight and taillight are connected via a new wire I ran running to the battery and then to a switch I put on the dash. Now the only things I don't have are turn signals and my high beam.

Ok, lets back it up a little since you tested the BRAKE LIGHTS like I told you NOW check the TAIL LIGHTS the same way start the scoot and By the Tail Lights TEST the BROWN WIRE FOR VOLTAGE. If none then just trace the BROWN WIRE back and see where the problem is. As far as the Turn Signals go Check the FLASHER it is a ROUND BLACK piece with either 2 wires or 3 wires going to it and see if one of the wires is disconnected. Alleyoop
