Despite the oppressive heat, I pulled the horn out of my Piaggio BV250 today to see why it would not work. Only had to remove two panels and there was no holding my breath hoping I wouldn't snap the plastic like I have with my other scooters. It appeared to be the horn so I spent a couple of hours driving around looking for a European type horn. You know, "beep beep ". Nothing at any of the auto parts stores and even at a local Suzuki dealership. Parts man said he had never sold a horn in all the 18 years he has been working parts. I finally decided to come home and tinker with it a bit and low and behold I got it to work. I really like the way this bike is put together.

piaggio is a good brand and are designed well,,,really fast for the engine sizes,,,a very good choice in my opinion,,,i would much rather drop coin on a gently used piaggio or taiwanese scoot myself,,,i just feel the build quality is better
