More material is needed to make them also the extra sliding capability of the sliders while the rollers are supposed to roll(which most of the time they don't and it creates a flat spot on the rollers).

Awesome. I decided to get those Dr Pulley Siding 5g Weights. I'm anxious to get those in this machine now. Its just horrible to ride for the moment. But this will be a good learning experience for me. So now I will know how things work and what to look for. I'm gonna keep you updated on this post and really appreciate ALL of your HELP!!

Make sure you put the SLIDERS IN CORRECTLY: They usually come with a picture of how one sits in the variator ramp. Alleyoop

Ok. Got the scooter ready. Cant believe how easy it was to remove that Variator. Thank you for pointing me to the video to get it done. I'm gonna let the scooter sit until the Weights come today. So I take everything off and to my surprise, I decided to weigh the rollers that the guy installed and told me they were 7 grams. Heh, try 8 GRAMS! !?!?!?!?!?!? So that's 1500rpm I lost?!?! I can definitely feel that difference. Stock ones were 5 grams. I got the Mr. Pulley 5gram slider weights coming today. And thank you for the picture I will make sure I install them in the right way. Thank you for the help with it. Will post back!

Man Alleyhoop. GOD BLESS YOU!! Everything FEELS like its BACK TO NORMAL! I got my Pep back!! Installed the Sliding roller weights with NO problems. Everything was a total Breeze. Just by taking off I noticed the difference in the RPM sound and Feel that the scooter had. It gets back up to speed the way it did before. Man this is so awesome! Now I need to see what other little adjustments I can start making to get a little more pep in my step. I might just go with the Big Bore upgrade lol God Bless you man. Thank you for showing me and explaining everything to me! I definitely could have saved money by listening to you. But this is what it took for me to learn about the scooter. Thank you again man. You have been a huge help!

In my experience. The cheap clutches and sometimes stock always end up breaking Or malfunctioning. They are just built cheap. Buy Another cheap one to last like 4 months. Or spend good money for a good one. Variators commonly go to. Buy a scale (Not for weed) and weight your roller weights. If the are off they create a vibration and slowed accel. And some time stress out clutch. I've throw belts because off the variator and clutch at different times, different. Part each time.

Because of Alley, I was able to learn and do this on my own now. That man really helped me out. I might go with more aftermarket parts since there fairly cheap even for the good stuff. Had trial and error. Spent money but it helped me learn to do it myself. Now when it comes to the carb, that might be a whole other story lol
