Here is my Tao Tao Lancer 163cc it has a 60mm kit This will make a 150cc to a 163.43cc. With no mod's to the 157QMJ case.



A9 Camshaft GY6 big bore kit 60mm performance Cylinder Head ported with Stainless Steel Valves and Gold Valves Springs 1200RPM on Tao Tao Lancer CY-150-D



30mm performance intake & Aluminum spacer Real (Japan) 26mm Kei-Hin Carburetor 38/112 jetting from 1987 Honda Elite 150. Other mod's 30mm exhaust 35w HID 5000k lo beam head light Led turn signal's and brake light and PERFORMANCE REINFORCED HIGH TORQUE STARTER and custom cold air intake.







I changed from a ac cdi to a dc cdi and upgraded the stator coil from a 8 coil to a 12 coil.

It is little rich notice it stumbles coming down to idle after a blip on the throttle.
No biggy just needs a little tweak on the Fuel Ratio Mixture screw Clockwise to lean it out a little.

That has been fixed I went from a 40 slow jet to a 38 no more tearful exhaust.

Great, I have 24mm with a #38 Pilot and a 122.5 Main, Mine is built up to 182cc's from 149.6ccs.

I like the 26mm more then the 24mm carb my scooter ran better with 26mm with 35/102. When I first got my scooter it would not go over 45 mph I put the 26mm on the the jet's out of the 24mm I went from 45 mph to 55 + mph now with the 60mm BBK & ported head / valve spings / and A9 camshaft now I can do 65 to 68 mph that not bad I'm a big at 240 so 65 to 68 mph is great now next is gearing I was thinking  Racing Gear Set 15/37.
