Hi, I have an 80cc upgraded Icebear. It starts after trying the starter over and over and then it dies when the idle gets really low. We just replaced the carburetor and the fuel line.

did the new carb get new jets? bigger displacement calls for more gas. your jets may be too small or the new carb may still need adjustment.

Turn the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW CLOCKWISE until it stops THEN turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE 3 full turns and TURN the IDLE SPEED SCREW( the screw on the throttle cable side with the spring under it 1/8 Clockwise.)
And see if it starts better and stays idling.
Get back with what happened after the adjustments.
