Where do you start with something like that? Starter? Battery? Seized? Even the variator has the belt too high so it might be binding.

FINALLY after 32 Viewers someone has hit the nail on the head.
You guys win, the problem is the Variator it is not retracting it is holding the belt up high and down in the clutch pulley. The motor cannot take such a load to start so it stops at even the slightest pressure which is the compression stroke.
