So I bought a moped from my famliy members and have don't some mods to it but sometimes the bikes over heats and shuts off or when turn it off after riding alot and turn it on it will like slowly shut off sometimes not often what can I do too fix this problem?

Need to know the what the name of the scoot you bought also if its a 50cc 150cc 250cc etc.. and the motor it has in it. The motor type is itched into the left side of the case right bu CVT air intake .
Also what mods have you done?

Valves need to be adjusted would be the first thing on the thing to do list. If its a water cooled motor then it could be that the fan is not coming on the thermostat is not working bad head gasket etc.. SO we need to know what kind of scooter this piece of Chinese crap it is to help fix it  |
