I have a 50cc peace sport scooter. My belt shredded and I replaced it but there is a part that is not working properly. I don't know what the part is called to have it replaced. It is above the front part that hold the belt and shoots out to start it but it won't go back in. I could post a picture if needed. The side of it says ZC and 201410029051
