Just wanted to take the time to say that somewhere in this forum or other related forums, I came across JR recommending Apexbattery.com . I want to say that I ordered a battery from them for my 2008 Linhai Aeolus 300 Link to specific battery and their service has been great so far. I messaged them using their contact system to ask what the warranty period was, and they emailed me back that it is 1 year. Their site says typically their batteries last 3 times the warranty. I'm sure that can vary with usage and whatever the user uses to maintain the battery when not operating their scooter. Battery arrived sufficiently packaged to protect it, and I was happy not to have to add the acid to it like the original battery from China. On the package there is a color coded from red, to yellow to green with voltages listed as to what the charge level should be. Before slapping it on the charger- I hooked a multimeter to it and it was right up there in the fully charged range. Hooked up my shumacher charger to it , put in the type (SLAB) and that it was a powersports (3A) type. Charger went a couple of minutes and had topped off the battery. I haven't installed the battery yet as I am in the process of getting my scooter back in shape as it's been off the road for a couple of years. I had the issue that is (from reading the forums) likely the CDI (stock one) or maybe the coil, because when riding within a mile or so it goes warmed up and would seem to lose spark and just blub blub and quit... then within a few min... you could start it again and repeat the process, only it would die sooner within a min or two... etc etc. Anyway, the purpose here was to say I got good service. And, at this time the battery cost me around $16 and some change (plus I expedited shipping). This seems to be about 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost of the equivalent batter at other sites... Amazon, or other sites. James

cloudsifter I have two batteries from them that are now 3 years old and still going strong. My lawn mower this coming year is going to need a new battery and I'm going to use them. I have a large mower/bus hog and generator machine that requires a big amp battery, ordered one from them at 1/3 of the normal price and it's been a winner. One time I had a battery fail at the 6 month mark of it's warranty, called them, gave them the invoice number and got a replacement in 3 days no questions asked and they didn't even want the bad battery back. Unless I have to have a battery quick and can't wait on them I'll never use anyone else. JR
