Well boys and girls after months of being drier than a popcorn fart in Southern California the much needed rain has finally returned !!!! And it started just before my weekly run to the killer diller street taco shack,,,so with the specter of having to drive my one ton to get the food I said to myself F@@k THIS!!!so I switched my choice and tapped the DR350 instead of my Stella just because it's so much more fun sliding that around than the scooter,,so off I went into the night ,,,tacos were had and I didn't get killed doing it,,,and I didn't have to drive the big diesel ,,,it does the quarter mile in about 3 minutes,,,,once she gets up to speed she's a flyer,,,but getting there is painful,,,so it'll finally get green around here,,,it's the best part of the year

Yes we also could use some rain I think I mowed the grass 5 times compared to 15 to 20 time it crunches as you walk on it. Weathermen says we may get some Thursday into Friday. Maybe it coming from you area heck I really don't care as long as we got some LOL. Smoky Mnts sure could use it also we don't need any fire here.

I'm glad to hear you got some rain Pete. The stories on the news here painted Southern California as a dust bowl this past Spring. Pictures of dry lakes and failing crops were everywhere. Hopefully you guys get some much needed relief soon.

It has been very dry,,,, everyone beats it like a drum,,,, I live in the high desert,,, people drive around thinking the developed areas are normal,,, I tell them look up in the hills where it's natural,,,, they say back well geez that looks like the desert over there,,, I reply we live in the desert you boob,,, you stop watering and it all goes away
