hi im new to this but have some questions i have a 2005 geely chinese scooter that will not idle but will run if i keep on the throttle but if i plug the air filter it will idle just has no power to go ive taken the carb apart multiple times cleaned it got new spark plug and cant seem to get it to idle and run normally

look for a vacuum leak sounds like a good size one to me.

Yep,,, check the carb to head intake manifold for cracks or see if the manifold is loose or the manifold to head gasket is good/bad
