So- I have a TaoTao Quantum 150, 2016. It seems like when I take off the clutch is slipping, it doesn't feel like -something- is engaging right away. What should I do/look for/fix? Thank you

Clutch pads and bell may be glazed,,,very common,,,take the clutch apart sand the pad faces to remove all the shine and scuff the swept area of the bell reassemble,,,,ride
