I had a feeling it wasn't a 39mm
It Being a big body and me being rubenesque it ran right up there.
I wouldn't think the old guy I bought it from would have had the work done on it seeing it only had a 1100 on it when I got it.
It progressively got faster as it loosened up but stopped shy of what I wanted.
