MC covers for dummies: how to and how often? By account_disabled (Read 415 times)

Hii...


Been using it for a while and every time I put the thing on it seems to fit differently. To be honest I am not sure exactly how it is supposed to go on - I looked for some videos/instructions but came up empty. Sometimes I see the NR emblem on the front and sometimes its on the side. This thing is like a fitted sheet - I cant tell which way is back-front and which way is side-side, sometimes it seems to fit perfectly and other times I can't even get all the parts covered.



Does anyone have experience with these things that can offer some pointers?



Also I am not real clear on how often I need to cover it up. It's stored outside under a car port in Florida, so I dont need to worry about snow or ice or anything. I try to have it on whenever I park it but there are some days where I dont get around to it and I sort of feel guilty about it. So is it primarily for long term storage or is it best to always have it on?

Play with it till you find the correct positioning,,,the best fit ,,,then use a paint rattle can and put a spot on it right where the front tire is,,that way you'll put it on correctly every time,,,as far as frequency of use,,,if my bikes are on the stand they are covered,,whether at work or home in the garage they are covered
