Are we headed towards air powered bikes? What are the implications? You science types should be able to answer this with some intelligence. I can’t. I never paid attention in science class.
About the only thing I know about air power, is if you fill a balloon and you let the air out the balloon, it will fly around the room. So theoretically, there is thrust available from compressed air.
Perhaps some of you saw the episode of Shark Tank where Pat Boone showed up with an inventor and an air compressor driven car?
One quote that was interesting to me as I read about air compressed transportation was a discussion that seems to suggest that you have to heat air in order to use it for propulsion. I’m not sure I understand why you have to heat it. Perhaps somebody in here could explain it.
