YY250T, MC54 or Similar Model- Diode Delete & Relay Install? By adv250cc (Read 662 times)

Hey all! Need some info. I've been unsuccessful in finding any wiring diagrams on removing the diode from this model scoot and installing a relay. So... before I hack into the harness and perform a mod based on the Reflex manual diagrams I thought I'd ask if anyone's done this and has info? I'd like to eliminate any voltage drop (even .7V is too much in my book) from the diode being there and it just looks like a sketchy design, electrically speaking.

I'm gutting/replacing the regulator at the moment, along with some other electrical upgrades, so it'd be a great time to knock this out if anyone has info.

Getting any reliable or model specific wiring schematics is almost non existent ,,,seems the Chinese don't like them or plain oldie don't care to use them,,,so your basically on your own but check the library there may be a similar mod someone else has done that will give you guidance
