Every day I go over to Modern Vespa to see what's up among the foo foo scooter crowd. It is a fairly active site with new threads forming every day. Sadly I don't see that in the Chinese scooter forums and would like to know who's here. So if you could add a comment with a short notation of what you're riding I would appreciate it.

Okay, there have been 101 reads of this thread. No comments? Come on people. We would all be interested in hearing from people who own scooters, had one and got rid of it and people investigating the purchase of a scooter.

I remember for some reason around '15 or so most of the scooter boards died off. I got tboned on my Quantum and that wasn't even the worst part of that night. The way I fell, I snatched the throttle off. I took a break lever from my bicycle parts and rigged it up. It rode... like an old Nova but rode. Guys insurance totaled it out. If plastics weren't so hard to get, I'd have bought it back.
I want another one. I was made a mod of a local scooter group on fb. I'm going to be working on a chinese scooter blog, but with the dissapearance of Scrappy Dog, it's going to be hard with the bodystyle section.
