I picked up a couple of these cheap, both are missing parts . I would like to get one running. Problem is the throttle cable is missing from hand control, it looks like it was one cable that went to a coupler and combined into two choke and throttle . Is this correct and why not two separate cables? Also what part # would that upper cable be? Thanks for any help.
